Antique Early Framed Victorian Sampler

Beautiful Early Victorian Cross Stitch Sampler. 
This sampler is by Eliza Peel. She was born 1845 so I can only guess this is about 1855, this information has come from a descendant of the Peel Family. 
How incredible is this sampler? We think it is absolutely breath-taking.
